About Warwick

Director                  Warwick Rope BBS, DipCS, NZCLS, ANZIV, SPINZ

Professional Experience:   Warwick commenced his working life as a Land Surveyor and gained qualifications in this field. He next completed a Business Studies Degree.  Warwick qualified as a Registered Valuer in 1984 and founded a public valuation practice. During this time he developed an expertise in commercial valuation and arbitration work. In 1996 Warwick sold his valuation practice and completed post graduate studies at Regent College (Vancouver). Upon returning to New Zealand he founded a Property Development Business, Rope & Co Ltd. For a period of 12 years, until 2009,  Rope & Co Ltd completed a wide range of rural lifestyle, residential, apartment and commercial developments.  In 2007 Warwick also lectured in Valuation and Property Studies at Massey University. 

In 2013 Warwick established iValuer Ltd, a specialist Building Insurance Valuation Business.
